Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of calibration gas standards, most MESA products cannot be returned or refunded unless an error has occurred caused by MESA.  Once the calibration gas standard has been manufactured and certified, the product cannot be changed or repurposed.   In addition, the majority of MESA products are considered Dangerous Goods or Hazardous Materials and are, therefore, difficult to ship back to us because of DOT regulations. Please contact your Account Manager to see if a return is possible for your item. If your item is deemed returnable and it can be shipped back, you may incur a restocking fee depending on the product and reason for return.  In many situations, MESA will be able to credit to your account to apply to a future order.

 

MESA will address concerns regarding the quality and performance of our products and replace any defective products. For warranty information, please see the product warranty section on our terms and conditions page.  If you feel you received a defective item, please contact your Account Manager with your order number and details about the product and problems you are experiencing. We will respond quickly and work with you to find a solution.

 

Shipping

MESA International can ship to many destinations worldwide, however, online orders are available to US domestic customers only.   If you would like to ship an order to an international destination, please contact MESA at (714) 434-7102  or email mail@mesagas.com for any restrictions and requirements and to obtain a quote.

FedEx Ground shipping is the standard shipping method for all online orders.  Expedited and overnight shipping options are available and can be arranged for most products by contacting MESA International at (714) 434-7102.  Additional fees will apply to air shipment options. 

 

Many of our products are in stock and available for immediate shipment. When you place an order, we will estimate the ship date based on the availability of your item(s). Typical lead times for gas mixtures in disposable cylinders are as follows:

 

In-Stock, non-reactive gas – Ships in 1-2 business days
In-Stock, reactive gas – Ships in 1-2 business days
Non-Stock, non-reactive gas – Ships in 5-7 business days
Non-Stock, reactive gas – Ships in 15-20 business days
