My postdoctoral research fellow discovered a problem delivering a standard to a piece of equipment that we were slated to take into the field. Allan and Martha in the office put aside what they were doing and built him a pressure regulator with the proper Swagelok connections on the spot. It worked like a charm and we were able to do some great science as a result.
